Shipping

Soloevents sells bookings for trips and events, not physical products, so nothing is shipped. Your booking is confirmed digitally — through Passboard, Instagram, WhatsApp or email — once payment is received.

Refunds — day trips and weekend trips

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the trip date may be eligible for a refund.
• No refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days before the trip.
• No refunds for no-shows.

Refunds — Cairo events and workshops

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the event may be eligible for a refund.
• No refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event.
• No refunds for no-shows.

Exchanges

Bookings cannot be exchanged for a different trip, event or date.
